Supporting Families Through the Tender Postpartum Season

Thank you for the vital work you do. We’re honored to partner with you in caring for individuals and families during one of life’s most significant transitions. At Root & Rise, we specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, offering compassionate, evidence-based care designed to help clients stabilize, heal, and thrive.


Referrals can be made directly by:

  • Completing our secure online referral form
  • Calling our intake coordinator at 781-789-8795


Once received, our team will reach out to your client within 24–48 hours to begin the intake process. You will be notified once they are connected to services.

Who We Serve

We welcome referrals for individuals who:


  • Are pregnant or within 5 years postpartum
  • Are experiencing mood or anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or PTSD
  • Have experienced a traumatic birth, loss, or NICU stay
  • Are struggling with the transition to parenthood, identity changes, sleep deprivation, or emotional overwhelm
  • Need more structured support than traditional outpatient therapy


We serve all birthing people, including LGBTQ+ families, adoptive parents, and those navigating complex family journeys.
